DON'T MESS WITH THE HAIR!!!

October 2006.  Seoul, Korea.  I am here on a mission.  Mission: To meet my girlfriend’s family and to gain favor for me and Yeonjung’s relationship. 

Monday night I met with all of her father’s side.  All went well… the interrogation process was not as bad as I thought it would be.  Although, there were times of tension and tough questions (e.g. “So what do you have in mind for the future?” - "So what don't you like about Yeonjung?").  Seems like fair enough questions… but when their favor for you is based on the answers you give, you better say the right thing.  You must answer these questions with artistic integrity so I don't hurt YJ's feelings too much but also to show the family that, Yes, I do know who she really is, and I will accept and love her for who she is.

Yeonjung warned me that her eldest cousin and Uncle will get me drunk.  I thought they would get me extremely drunk.  I drank “enough” but held my own.  I don’t think anyone could tell I was under the influence.  I think that also helped gain favor in their eyes.

Seattle Trip May-2006

So, I took a trip back home.  Went with Kwang and So-hyung.  Did lots of stuff, went to alot of places.  Too bad the weather was crappy, but hey it's Seattle what do you expect.  Sad thing is, I never didn't do most of these things while living there for 8 years!!!

This is a long story...I had these two turtles for a LONG time... I got them when they were the size of quarters.  I kept them in a 5 gallon tank...that's the main reason they didn't grow too big.  But anyway, since I left Seattle a year and 2 months ago my little brother hasn't been taking care of them, so I decided to let them free.
